Carpentry

All aspects of carpentry and joinery including staircases, bespoke cupboards and units, kitchen fitting, studwork. Full compliance with required fire regulations and other Health and Safety legislation.

Brickwork and Blockwork

Construction of internal and external walls in either traditional brick, concrete block or granite stonework

Demolition

Safe removal of existing buildings using modern techniques to preserve and reuse materials as required. See our recent projects page for examples of preservation Oak beams.

Ground work -

Creation of landscaping for gardens, instillation of drains for fosse/mains drainage, underpinning of existing buildings, creation of foundations for new construction

Decoration

Internal or external painting and decoration using high quality long lasting materials. We can supply materials or use client supplied as required

Insulation

Instillation of insulation materials to meet current environmental standards using a range of modern and environmentally friendly materials. We meet and exceed current legislation for the use non polluting and recycled materials which provide higher insulation performance and lower environmental impact.

Property Maintenance

Full or part maintenance for your existing property or on conclusion of construction. Please see our property management service page for more information.
