ArtisanMultiservice offer a comprehensive property management service to ensure your property is kept secure and maintained to the highest standards in your absence.

We offer a full or part management service tailored to your own individual needs. We understand that each client is different, with individual requirements, so we will tailor a maintenance program to meet your needs.

Full Management

Operating on a monthly retained basis, we will visit and inspect your property once per week, and provide email updates as necessary. Should we find any arising issues from the visit, we will provide photographic or video evidence to show what is required, and a full written quote/devis before undertaking any required works.

In addition to the internal and external inspection, we will clean the house once per month, again providing any feedback required via email or telephone.

If you are renting out your property to holidaymakers, we will act as keyholders and the point of contact should anything go wrong during their stay, and inform you of any works required.

If you require changeover/cleaning services, we would be pleased to provide a quote or make recommendations of local suppliers.

Our standard rates for full management of your property begin as low as 30 euros per month, including one security check both internal and external. 

Part Management

We will visit your property every 2 weeks and provide external and internal inspections, and provide feedback via email of any arising issues. We will provide full written estimates for any arising works required.
